What happens to anything you send us.
In detail
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form. That means your name, email, phone number and message if you send a connect card, a prayer request, a serve enquiry or a general note, and your email address if you sign up for the weekly email. Nothing else is gathered, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Who reads it
Prayer requests go to the prayer team. If you tick the private box, only pastoral staff see it. Everything else goes to a pastor or a member of staff. We do not sell, rent, share or trade your details with anybody, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a prayer request.
Giving
Giving is handled entirely by Church Center, which is Planning Center's platform. Card and bank details are entered on their system and never touch this website. Their privacy policy covers that part.
Embedded video
Services and reels on this site are played through Facebook's video player. When you press play, Facebook can see that, in the same way it would if you watched on Facebook. If you would rather not, the messages are also linked out so you can choose where you watch.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a child has sent something through a form here, contact the church and it will be deleted.
Getting your information removed
Email the church at crossover123@bellsouth.net and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm that we have. You do not need to give a reason.
